We source ingredients from local producers whenever possible. Our meats and seafood are sustainably produced and hormone/antibiotic-free.

We are beer and wine only. Though we do have some pretty crafty low-alcohol cocktails. If you'd like to bring your own wine, there's a $20 corkage fee per bottle.
